SHIPPING POLICY
United States
All items will be shipped via United States Postal Service. Processing time may take up to 3 business days from the date your order was placed. Shipping and receipt of your package can take up to 7-10 business days.
If you have not received your package within 7-10 business days from the date of shipping, feel free to email us at INFO@BALWELLNESS.COM and we will be happy to provide you with an update. Once orders are completed/processed, tracking information is sent via email to the email address provided during checkout.

International
All international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service and your country’s postal service. Standard shipping ranges from 5-6 weeks. Please note the customer is responsible for any country-specific tariffs and duties added by their respective government. Most orders will include a customs form number to use as a reference when tracking packages or obtaining additional information if your package is held in customs.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Refunds only for defective or damaged items.
We treat returns on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at INFO@BALWELLNESS.COM and we will do everything we can to satisfy your needs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The email notification will include our decision regarding your request. If you request a replacement item(s), the item(s) will be shipped to the shipping address on file.
